As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. **Duties** * Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. * Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. * Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. * Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. **Requirements** * Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to patient care. * Proven experience in medication administration within a clinical setting. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. * Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding. * Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
