We are looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated Operational Technology Security Consultant to help grow our Security practice, with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will be seen as a trusted advisor and help our customers secure their OT environments, protect critical infrastructure, and mitigate security risks. The role will require the Operational Technology Security Consultant to conduct consultancy and oversee project assignments in the field of Operational Technology (OT) cyber security to help our customers mitigate the risks of vulnerabilities in their OT environment. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interact with others from the executive level to highly technical analysts in structured and unstructured situations. Here’s what the role looks like: The Senior Consultant is a pivotal role within the Operational Technology (OT) team covering aspects of staff management and fulfilling the role of Primary customer contacts and overall responsibility for all OT project work. Manage and co-ordinate consultancy and assist with the project management assignments in the field of OT Security to help customers mitigate the risks of vulnerabilities in this environment. This candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to manage and interact with others from the executive level down to highly technical analysts in structured and unstructured situations. Requirements Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role: Primary customer contacts for OT projects Third party suppliers – manage sub-contracted work on OT projects Manage and design site surveys to help customers identify the systems in their OT environment Manage system and network security compliance assessments to assess vulnerabilities in OT environments Facilitate risk assessments to assess and mitigate the identified vulnerabilities in OT environments Develop OT policies and procedures to help customers reduce the risk of a security breach at an installation and sustain OT security Manage audits and gap analysis to assess customer compliance against policies and procedures to ensure on going protection against security incidents Remediation of OT to close gaps and ensure compliance with policies and standards Provide general OT security advice to assist customers addressing OT security issues and ensure safe, continuous production operations Resolve customer issues Line Management of OT Consultants and Engineers Staff management and development Working with Project Manager to ensure Management of project budget and timescales University Degree qualified GICSP Qualified Extensive experience working within the OT Security domain; either in a consultant capacity or as part of an organisation internal OT function Specialty in one or more of the following OT domains: Network Architecture, Inventory Gathering, Situational Review, Endpoint Protection, Policy; Governance, Standards, Education & Awareness Experience working in a consultant capacity or within an organisation OT environment to establish roadmaps to improve their current security posture and developing the functional/operational processes and procedures to support their mission Experience developing content-rich final reports and associated deliverables with results of subject matter expert analysis and improvement recommendations Experience presenting the results of applied analysis to client stakeholders to include senior or executive leadership Experience with cyber security processes, tools, and technologies and extensive knowledge of best practices regarding their implementation Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to successfully accomplish client-facing interactions Position may require degree of travel; mostly in the United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East GICSP Qualified Desired Skills: Prior experience working as a Consultant in the OT environments across a variety of verticals to include Energy, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and/or related industries Prior experience as a consultant leading an assessment or evaluation of an OT environment to include execution of the assessment, analysis of results, and formulation of a final report for dissemination to key stakeholders Prior experience evaluating and assessing large organisations from the standpoint of OT Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIA, GCIH, GCFE etc. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards to include but not limited to the following; IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NESA, OG86 Considered an authority within the OT environments. About the role: The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for cyber assurance over the IS environment and ensuring that information assets and associated technologies, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes are adequately protected The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and reporting cybersecurity risk to information assets and reporting associated risks The Cyber Security Analyst , working together with the Operational Security team, understands and articulates the impact of cyber security risks and threats to (digital) business and communicates this to Senior Manager- Global Cyber Operations or delegate The Cyber Security Analyst supports the Global Cyber Operations team in carrying out appropriate second-line assurance activities related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability, as well as the safety, privacy and recovery of information owned or processed by the business in compliance with regulatory requirements The role works with appropriate teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure the third party related cyber risks are identified and assessed appropriately Roles and Responsibilities: Works with Project Team, Operations and IS Security team to support IS in the delivery of secure, reliable, and safe IS operations to the business Work across vendors, project teams and wider IS team to define IS Security requirements for systems and solutions Research and provide security solutions for complex application and systems integrations Provides support on the full life cycle of design, development and operation of security tools and services Builds successful peer relationships with other IS and business functions Follows the formal governance mechanism to establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by the IS Security team Supports IS Security achieve regulatory and statutory compliance requirements Complete cyber risk assessments, including third party suppliers. The Role and Responsibilities EnerMech currently have an opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the Lifting Solutions business line based in Aberdeen. This is an ongoing long term contract role. This is a varied role which includes making technical reviews of customer enquiries to determine their requirements. You will provide technical knowledge, support and advice on our product range as well as developing and maintaining strong working relationships for key accounts. You will process hires and sales and manage orders through to dispatch including administration tasks. Other main responsibilities will include the following: To source, manage and report the supply of new spares to the client To manage and expedite the refurbishment of any client owned spares Provide status reports of all spares to EnerMech and Client crane support personnel The Requirements It is essential that you have knowledge of procurement /supplier interfaces, and knowledge of dangerous goods. You will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Works packages. It is preferred that the successful candidate has knowledge of cranes/crane components.
