**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and experienced 'hands on' Civil Supervisor involved in the construction of large scale solar farms. Due to new projects and an expanding workload, we are looking for an additional supervisor to join the business and be able to lead a team using their own experience and 'can do' approach. To be successful in this role you need to be able to show you can lead a specialist team efficiently and effectively, whilst also prepared to set the standard by getting 'hands on' when required. The work involves delivering civils projects on large scale solar farms and includes undertaking the following: * Trenching, cabling and ducting work * -Preparing foundation bases for infrastructure assets on solar farms * -Site set up and mobilising * -Road, compound, drainage and culvert construction The work involves travel across the UK and a dynamic, 'can do' approach is essential.
