The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from the train station, with trains to Paddington departing every 5–10 minutes, reaching central London in only 30 minutes. A bus stop is within a 5-minute walk, providing convenient access to other campuses of the University of Reading. Life around Central Studios Reading is also very convenient—within a 2-minute walk, there is a large chain supermarket, Sainsbury's. Within about 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the city center, including the major shopping center The Oracle and its bustling area filled with various restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and a cinema, satisfying all student needs.

In addition to basic living facilities, the apartment is equipped with a 24-hour access control system and surveillance system to ensure safe entry and exit. The apartment has its own maintenance team; after moving in, any facility issues can be reported directly to the front desk, and the maintenance team will resolve them as quickly as possible.
