Overview: As a Supervisor within a dynamic team, your role is key. You support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store and act as a vital link between the team and our customers. You embody the brand's values on the floor while ensuring commercial performance and operational excellence.You embody the brand, with the following key missions: * Maximize sales by visiting stores, analyzing performance, and striving to exceed targets * Build strong relationships with store managers to unlock business opportunities and boost customer engagement * Ensure an exceptional customer experience across your area by setting high service standards * Monitor key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, conversion rate, average basket) and contribute to weekly business reports * Coach and engage teams to reach daily and weekly goals * Manage schedules to ensure optimal store coverage and productivity * Lead recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the Store Manager * Take part in interviews and coordinate recruitment events for your perimeter * Guarantee the proper implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines * Partner with the VM team on improvements and ensure effective stock management Responsibilities: On a day-to-day basis, your role involves: * Supporting the Store Manager and assistant manager in operations and team supervision * Maintaining a clean, well-presented store that reflects brand standards * Becoming an expert on the brand's history, codes, and collections * Delivering relevant, personalized advice to build customer loyalty * Growing the store's customer database and enhancing the brand image
