Sub30s night

Come along to our meditation and discussion event for people aged 18-30 on Friday 10th of October! **What am I?** Am I a body? A mind? A soul? Am I defined by what happens to me, what I do? Am I defined at all? "What am I?" is a question that's been argued about for as long as we've been able to perceive ourselves. For many of us it is a core part of our lives. But is it really a useful question to be asking? Join us on Friday 10th October where we will be exploring the Buddhist concept of *anattā,* or the idea of "no fixed self" - the idea of there being nothing fixed or permanent about anything at all, least of all ourselves. How would we live differently if we believed that nothing was permanent? Doors open at 6:15pm to start at 6:30pm - please arrive earlier if you would like to help set up!
