We are looking for proactive and reliable people to join us at our Supported Living service in Blackpool to work nights. Autism Initiatives work positively alongside people with autism, providing specialist services that are tailored to each individual. As a Support Worker Working Nights, you can enjoy an interesting and varied role. You will be supporting people with Autism to live as independently as possible, promote health and well-being and support them to maintain their home, some cleaning duties may be required. The people who live here may require your support throughout the night which may include some aspects of personal care and to have someone there who they have built a trusting rapport with will make a positive difference. You will be committed to learning about their needs, and be able to offer them positive reassurance and flexible support. Experience is not required as we provide full training, but a genuine passion to making a difference to people's lives and a positive attitude are key to being successful in this role.
