**Group Operations Controls Engineer** **Location:** 5 days per week London **Reporting to:** Group Director, Critical Environments Are you passionate about operational excellence and controls systems? Join our global team as a **Group Operations Engineer -- Controls** and play a key role in shaping, implementing, and optimising the control systems that power our mission-critical environments. About the Role As Group Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining, managing, and improving operational processes across our international portfolio. You will ensure best-in-class performance of our Building Management Systems (BMS), Facilities Management Systems (FMS), Power Management Systems (PMS), and SCADA platforms. Your expertise will help deliver maximum uptime, operational safety, and continuous improvement across our data centre and critical environments. Key Responsibilities · **Operational Excellence:** Oversee and improve global control system processes and standards. · **Technical Leadership:** Provide expert guidance and technical support to in-country operational teams. · **Incident Management:** Lead root cause analysis and technical investigations to prevent recurrence. · **Policy Development:** Create and maintain control systems engineering policies and procedures. · **Energy Optimisation:** Identify and implement energy efficiency initiatives. · **Governance \& Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations. · **People Development:** Mentor and support local engineering teams to drive skills development and knowledge sharing.
