This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. **Duties** * Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. * Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment. * Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. **Requirements** * Ability to communicate fluently in English for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. * Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. * Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
