Qualifications What you'll bring * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels both internally and externally * Good level of Microsoft systems including Word and Excel * Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role. * Strong technical troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Proficiency in using support software and tools (e.g., ticketing systems, remote desktop applications).
