What we are looking for: Chefs who are passionate for preparing and cooking top quality fresh food and have good knife skills. You will have experience working in a very high-volume kitchen, including hands-on experience with a range of kitchen equipment. Stone baked pizza making experience is a bonus. You should have good communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.
