**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in using power tools. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from composite, aluminium and porcelain. The Carpenter will work on residential and commercial builds, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of composite decking , aluminium decking , cladding and porcelain on pedestals. * Read and interpret technical drawings to determine project specifications. * Experience with composite decking , composite joists, adjustable pedestals and other similar tasks. * Operate various power tools safely and effectively to carry out carpentry tasks. * Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion within deadlines. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction. * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. * Ability to read and interpret project drawings and installation guides. * Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders. * Familiarity with raised floor systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
