**Support Worker** *Full-time, Part-time, and Bank Workers Required* We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at QW Accommodation Limited. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to young adults in their own home environment, helping them live safely and achieve their personal goals. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Staff will work on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis with young adults, offering tailored support and creating a nurturing and safe environment. The role involves working either 12-hour or 24-hour shifts (including a sleep-in night element).
