You will be playing a key part in the procurement team ensuring orders for our existing products are raised on time and in accordance with customer delivery requirements. You will be responsible for the flow of information around the business regarding your orders and you will contribute to process improvements. If this sounds like the perfect role then we would love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Work closely with the reprint manager and head of procurement to ensure we've got the right cost and production schedule to meet customer requirements * Independently manage a list of various titles within our existing product range -- from initial cost enquiry through to raising purchase orders * Work with internal stakeholders across the business and printers predominantly based in the far east **Key attributes** * Experienced and confident on Microsoft Excel and database systems * Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail * Ability to build successful working relationships with external suppliers * Confidence and a good communicator * Ambitious to learn and develop within role **Why Join Us?** We are extremely passionate about what we do and our culture is built on teamwork, innovation, and a drive to succeed.
