**The role**
As a Bowman Fitter, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll work as a part of the Bowman RIISM Team to manage the inspection, maintenance, and integration test of BOWMAN Vehicle Installation Kits (VIKs).
Day-to-day, you'll carry out sample confirmatory inspections on vehicle or equipment BOWMAN VIKs, assist with preparation reparation, management and storage of both electronic and hard copies of documentation and records, along with carrying out detailed fault finding and repairs where requested to do so.
* Provide to the Bowman Supervisor a list of any outstanding tasks required to achieve capability standard for issue.
* Provide data to the Bowman Supervisor to assist in delivery of contractually agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Provide Bowman mobile support to other Babcock DSG sites when required.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and/or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role.
Please note that this position involves manual work. This could include lifting, bending, using tools or standing for extended periods of time.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Ashchurch.

* Carrying out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS's on our various sites.

Litigation Assistant - Complex Hub
Kennedys is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join the Complex Hub within our growing Motor team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to litigated motor claims and develop key skills in complex, higher-value work. Key Responsibilities
* Provide litigation support across a range of complex motor claims
* Assist with CRU and NHS charge requests and diary maintenance
* Support disclosure processes and document management
* Liaise with clients, experts, witnesses, and claimant solicitors
* Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and expert appointments
* Draft routine correspondence and maintain accurate case records
* Reserve counsel and track key task deadlines
* Use the case management system effectively and time-record all activity
**Required experience**
* Experience in defendant motor litigation either running your own files and/or assisting in multi-track, mid, large or cat loss motor injury litigation
* Familiarity with case management and time-recording systems (desirable)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload across multiple matters
* A team player with strong communication and time management skills

We are looking for 2 forward thinking, enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Pharmacy Technicians to join the ward team as ward based medicines administration pharmacy technicians. You must be able to adapt to the needs of the service to cover the busiest drug rounds on the wards, this includes early/late/long day working patterns.
You will be involved in the progression of the Medicines Administration role of Pharmacy Technicians based on psychiatric wards, working to provide patient centred care and support nursing staff.
You will be a forerunner in the development of the role of Technicians, delivering medicines administration and optimisation services, expanding your experiences which could take your career to a new and varied level.
Successful candidates must be a qualified ACPT and have significant experience in medicines optimisation at ward level, previous experience in medicines administration will be helpful but not essential and must have an empathy for patients suffering with mental health problems. Our patients often have complex and varied needs from our service and expanding the skill set of the care team is vital to create a holistic service for all.
In this role you will be ward based with dispensary time allocated to maintain competencies. Not only will you expand your competencies but you will develop your experience in mental health pharmacy and in patient facing care for service users.
**Main duties of the job include:**
* Participating in medicines administration rounds
* Completing admission activities such as medicines reconciliations, POD assessments and managing patient supply needs whilst in and out of the ward.
* Supporting the discharge process to include ordering of medications, transfer of care and patient counselling and support
* Conducting patient education sessions
* Participating in MDT ward reviews
* Optimising EPMA use to support your work and the work of other members of the team
* Maintaining safe and secure standards for the storage of medicines
* Accuracy checking and dispensary activities to ensure competencies are maintained whilst being mainly ward based.

As a medicines administration pharmacy technician you will be the point of contact between wards and pharmacy as well as patients. You must have a good understanding of the scope of your practice and be willing to work under PGDs and gain new skills and competencies (e.g. phlebotomy training, ECG training, AVERTS training to name a few). We are looking for technicians who love their role and want to expand it further to promote pharmacy practices, encourage excellent governance and capabilities. A love for teaching and supporting others in their training would be ideal as this role will include a good level of training to a wide team.
