An exciting opportunity to run the kitchen with great potential for a family - run business in Lyme Regis. The Mariner's Hotel consists of 15 bedrooms. We currently serve breakfast 8:00am - 10:30am and dinner 5 days week 6:00pm-8:30pm to our guests, as well as non- residents. Responsibilities: * Be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while handling high volumes of customers. * Have knowledge of different cooking techniques. * Create food to customer's needs and preferences. * Answer customer questions about restaurant and food items * Create new menus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour Additional pay: * Performance bonus * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * English not required Schedule: * Holidays Work Location: In person
