Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Process payments accurately using POS systems - Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area - Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards Experience: - Previous experience needed, please do not apply without experience - Italian speaking advantageous, English must be - Basic knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
