Opportunity to fast track to a full-time position Fuse is looking for an Operations Intern to join the team in the exciting world of renewable energy at our London office in Canary Wharf. This 6 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You'll gain an insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to some of the key operators who were behind Revolut, and gain a real working knowledge of how Fuse systems work for customers. Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $78m from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures. This role will start as customer-facing as we believe a ground-up approach is the best way to learn about our product and the energy industry. Interns work across customer operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing & collections, and handling regulatory submissions. High performers will have the opportunity to fast track the internship and join Fuse full-time. This internship offers opportunities to grow internally into different business areas. Requirements Degree from top university Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaborating skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A flexible and adaptable approach. Great attention to detail. Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. Comfortable with working across various software applications. London based and authorised to work in the UK (Fuse does not sponsor visas for internships) Programming and SQL experience is a plus, but not necessary.
