Refund Policy

Apartment Cancellation Policy I. Cancellation During Statutory or Apartment-Mandated Cooling-Off Period If you cancel your booking for any of the following reasons, you must provide supporting documentation within 15 days of booking, and the apartment will issue a full refund: - Visa denial: An official letter from the government visa issuing authority confirming that no valid visa has been issued. - Medical inability to occupy: A certificate issued by a qualified licensed physician confirming that you are unable to move in due to health reasons. - University admission denial: An official letter from the university confirming that you have not been granted admission. II. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period 1. Cancellation between signing the tenancy agreement and five weeks prior to the tenancy start date: The booking deposit will be retained by the apartment and is non-refundable. 2. Cancellation within five weeks prior to the tenancy start date: If no suitable replacement tenant is found, the prepaid rent will be retained; if a qualified replacement tenant is successfully sourced, the tenancy agreement may be terminated. III. Cancellation Application Process and Requirements You must notify the apartment within three days of deciding to cancel and submit all required supporting documents. Each cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation requests submitted without timely evidence or failing to meet eligibility criteria will be processed per the original agreement.
