**Top ranked Bridlington hotel \& restaurant looking for experienced hospitality staff for immediate start** We are looking for self motivated and enthusiastic people with experience within the hospitality industry to * Guide the team and lead by example during the daily operations of both the hotel \& restaurant. * Assist existing managers to maintain current standards * Help develop strategies to provide outstanding core experiences for our customers * Work alongside the kitchen to develop, market and manage seasonal menus, festive bookings, functions and red letter days Year round permanent position with hourly rates of pay not salary. Extra benefits not usually found within hospitality work including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day OR New Years Day off. Weekly rota but all staff usually work the same shifts with slight variations depending on bookings. Two days off a week (together).
