We are looking for Change Management professionals with previous consulting experience at a senior level and a strong background in delivering change in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics (CRL) vertical sector · Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy · Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP / proposal creation · Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes · Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements · Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience · Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences · Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility and willingness to travel Role specific This is just a short snapshot of the role, and we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
