HMP Fosse Way opened in May 2023. You will * Undertake the assessment and ongoing management of our patients' mental health needs. * Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner managing a caseload of patients, assessing their physical, social and psychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan. * Contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to; Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. * Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
