Cambrian Point is a student accommodation located near Cardiff University’s School of Business, in the heart of Cardiff city centre—within walking distance of Cardiff University. The residence offers students an absolutely secure living environment. Every year, students from around the world gather at Cambrian Point. Additionally, the property is situated close to Cardiff Railway Station, making it convenient for students to travel to other cities. Accommodation includes Ensuite rooms—all with private bathrooms—and prices vary according to room size.

Cambrian Point comprises 632 beds across up to 5 floors. Two types of Ensuite (private bathroom single) rooms are available. The residence offers cluster flats accommodating 3–6 residents, as well as specially designed rooms for students with mobility impairments. Some rooms are reserved exclusively for Cardiff University students. Rent includes all utilities: high-speed Wi-Fi, contents insurance, water, electricity, gas, and electronic access cards.
Additionally, the residence features a dedicated communal laundry room (pay-per-use); bicycle storage space where foldable bicycles may be stored; and spacious, comfortable study and lounge areas freely accessible to students anytime.
