We are looking for an qualified and experienced Room Leader or a childcare practitioner who has 2 years experience and is looking to take the next step in their career to join our small team. Your duties will be: - Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff members - Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery - Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Collaborate with managers and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team Requirements of the Job position - Qualification of level 3 or above in Childcare - Knowledge of safeguarding - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - First Aid certification preferred but not essential as we can put through training Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
