Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for selling Salesforce PODs (pre-assembled teams of Salesforce specialists). Identify and target Salesforce consultancies, end-users, and system integrators that need contract teams for projects. Position the POD model as a cost-effective, flexible, and scalable alternative to traditional hiring. Drive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic partnerships to win new business. **Engineering Supervisor:** To Provide leadership and motivation to all engineering staff.
