The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history of trauma and/or attachment disorders. Job description - the role We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency within our growing manufacturing businesses. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing Industrial Engineering projects within complex manufacturing environments, using Predetermined Motion Time Systems (PMTS), activity sampling, work measurement and time and motion studies to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic improvements. This role requires a strong foundation in Lean Thinking and Lean Operational Excellence techniques, along with the ability to mentor and coach less experienced employees.
