We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Senior Night Care Assistant** to join our outstanding team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervising and motivating a team of committed care assistants during night shifts * Supporting and training new staff members * Promoting a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents * Contributing to care planning and regular reviews * Administering medication in line with current guidelines * Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support We are looking for someone with relevant care experience and Health and Social Care qualifications, who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for supporting others.
