


**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. **RAMS \& Site Safety Coordinator** Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements for strip out, demolition works and asbestos removal works, ensuring compliance with current legislation, industry best practices, and site specific requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Create, review, and update RAMS for a variety of construction activities, including strip out, demolition works and asbestos removal works. * Work with closely with managers and the site teams to produce practical, accurate, and site-specific RAMs. * Ensure all RAMS are aligned with relevant H\&S legislation, including the CDM Regulations 2015, Control of Asbestos Regulations, and company policies and procedures. * Participate in site inspections, and toolbox talks to ensure RAMS are implemented effectively and understood by all. * Monitor changes to the scope or site conditions and update RAMS accordingly. * Assist with incident investigations to improve future RAMS. **Requirements** **Essential:** * Experience in construction Health \& Safety, ideally with experience on complex or high-risk projects. * Experience writing or reviewing RAMS for various construction activities. * NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). * Good knowledge of UK construction safety legislation (CDM, Working at Height, etc.). * Strong written communication and document preparation skills. * Experience working on live construction sites projects. **Desirable:** * Awareness of asbestos-related legislation and safe work procedures. * Experience working in refurbishment, demolition, or asbestos sectors. * BOHS P405. * CSCS card or equivalent site qualification. **Key Attributes:** * Great attention to details. * Comfortable communicating with both management and on-site teams. * Well organised and able to stay on top of tasks. * Proactive and solution-focused, with a focus to improving site safety culture. * Flexible and quick to adapt in fast-moving project settings. * Salary - Ranging up from £38,000 dependant on experience/qualifications. Mon-Fri - 8AM-5PM Nationwide travel will occasionally be required.
