And perhaps you can also understand that if there were no principles whatever outside of the functions, one could never hope to detach anything form the unconscious. There must be something which helps one to detach a function, some principle outside which allows one to tear it away from the original lump of unconsciousness.” There are few things in the psychology of Jung that are as fundamental as the opposites of Eros and Logos and how they share and form every aspect of our psyche up to the point that they can determine the basis of our whole psychology and worldview. This event will consist of two parts: 1. A presentation part by me (30-45 minutes), where elaborate on Jung’s ideas about the topic for the event using quotes from his whole body of work 2.
