**Job Overview** We are luxury motorhome dealer in Stafford working in a purpose built dealership seeking a passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while addressing their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Your knowledge will enable you to provide accurate information and recommendations, fostering customer trust and satisfaction, whilst giving the customers the best customer service experience possible. **Duties** * Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs. * Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, utilising your mechanical/habitation knowledge. * Deal with transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain an extremely high level of customer service throughout the service process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly. * Upsell additional services or products that may enhance vehicle performance or safety. * Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow effectively. * Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. **Skills** * Keenness to learn and understand vehicle systems and communicate effectively with customers. * Able to invoice customers to manage transactions securely. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a focus on customer needs. * Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
