You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to caring for older people. Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the household. Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents Be alert to residents’ needs, health and wellbeing Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual Assist with mealtimes and safe moving Maintain accurate records for each resident Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and written skills.
