**Join Our Team as a Day Plus Supervisor!** Are you passionate about working with children and creating a positive, enriching environment? We are looking for a highly organised, professional and caring individual to join our team as a Day Plus Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the care, supervision, and well-being of pupils aged 7-13 (7-18 in the morning) attending our day plus programme. Day plus is our wraparound care program offering supervision and activities for young people before and after the school day. Your key responsibilities will include: * Fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment * Overseeing daily activities and assisting with homework * Ensuring that pupils have a positive and enriching experience * Managing the provision and day-to-day supervision of the Day Plus Team Members We are seeking someone with a strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for working with children, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with pupils, staff, and parents. The ideal candidate will have GCSE Grade 5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent), relevant childcare qualifications and experience working with children. You will have strong problem-solving and ICT skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and work well with colleagues, providing direction where necessary.
