This dual-role involves both office-based responsibilities---such as managing staff rotas---and field-based duties, including home visits to assess care quality and support care workers. The successful candidate will have experience in the care sector and a solid understanding of regulatory standards, especially those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). **Key Responsibilities** Care Oversight: Monitor care delivery to ensure service users' care plans are implemented effectively and with compassion. **Rota Management**: Create, maintain, and adapt staff rotas to guarantee appropriate coverage---including weekends---based on service user needs. **Field Visits**: Conduct regular home visits to assess service user satisfaction, staff performance, and adherence to care plans. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all care delivery meets CQC standards, including safeguarding, person-centred practices, and health \& safety requirements. **Staff Leadership**: Lead, support, and supervise care staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and care quality. **Effective Communication**: Liaise confidently with service users, families, and care teams to ensure clarity, continuity, and trust in service delivery. **Weekend Availability**: Participate in a rotational weekend schedule, with the ability to work from home as required to maintain service continuity. **Skills and Experience Required** **Relevant Care Background**: Previous experience in a care coordination role or hands-on care (e.g., care assistant, team leader) within social care. **CQC Knowledge:** Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, person-centred care, and health and safety practices. **Proven Rota** Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex rotas, respond to staffing changes quickly, and ensure consistent care coverage. **Field-Based Flexibility:** Willingness and ability to balance office duties with field-based service user visits. **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to inspire, manage, and support care teams, ensuring accountability and high care standards. **Strong Communicator**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. **Weekend Commitment:** Flexibility and commitment to rotational weekend availability, with remote work options during weekend shifts. **Work-Life Balance:** Flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home on rotational weekends. **Competitive Compensation**: A salary package that reflects your skills, experience, and dedication.
