This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS). To act as a key link between wards/ departments and primary care partners. Ensuring communication across professional boundaries. * Provide evidence-based care or advice for urology patients referred via ePurple alongside the consultant of the week and senior middle grades. * Run nurse led follow up clinics, to review patients seen as required.
