This role requires a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. * Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. * Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment when necessary. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. * Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. **Skills** * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, enhancing client interactions. * Proficiency in English is essential for understanding instructions and communicating clearly. * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
