She is non-verbal, so understanding his needs takes time, patience, and a consistent, caring approach. You will support her personal care and clinical interventions along with overnight monitoring to ensure her comfort and safety. **Please note:** Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
