**Overview** We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and contributing to a positive dining experience for all patrons. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries. * Assist in managing stock levels and inventory control, including ordering supplies as needed. * Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. * Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills during payment processing. **Skills** * Proven bartending experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. * Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards. * Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. * Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. * A passion for hospitality with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. * Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are highly valued.
