The Role This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated test equipment to ensure the high quality and performance of our products. You will guide projects through requirements elicitation, design, development, test, release and support. Outside of test, you will use your experience and knowledge to create robust and efficient solutions to assist in other areas of the company, as well as driving best practice and industry standards. Responsibilities & Tasks Design and develop internal software using a selection of programming languages (Python / C#/ C++ / LabView), to support the manufacture and testing of our Graphene electronics products. Support the development of automated test equipment by writing software to communicate with hardware for motion control and data acquisition. Support the integration of production systems (MES/ERP) with internal software applications, e.g. through the development of APIs. As a small multi-skilled team, we need to recruit a Business Systems Lead to specialise in supporting and advancing our IT business systems (especially ERP, CRM, MES and SPC) Responsibilities and Tasks The initial primary focus for this role will be helping to deliver a major project to expand Paragraf’s existing use of ERP to incorporate manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management functions. This will then develop onto MES and SPC systems to further support our production ramp. The post holder will carry-out assessing all incoming referrals to community inpatients and liaise directly with referring services including acute hospitals, community services, palliative services, GPs etc. to ensure safe and timely admission into the units. Reporting to the Patient Flow Lead, t he post holder will be expected to independently assess patients being referred into the service and manage their own caseload as part of the team. The post holder will also be expected to deputise for the Flow Lead where required including data collection and data reporting of both admission and discharge information. The post holder will provide support to junior colleagues and assist them in problem-solving any issues relating to patient flow. The post holder will be expected to facilitate admissions over the 7 day period to meets the needs of the service - this may include working some weekends and bank holidays on a rota system.
