Cancellation Policy (Key Terms in English & Chinese)

1. Cooling-off Period and Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the designated email address of the relevant property within 7 days after booking.

2. After the Cooling-off Period / After Contract Signing

No additional cooling-off period applies. The refundable deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.

If the tenant fails to submit required booking documents on time or fails to make payments as stipulated in the contract, CODE reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit (applicable only after the initial cooling-off period).

3. Early Termination of Tenancy

Tenants who have signed a contract remain fully liable for rent until a new tenant is found and all related documents are returned to the property; guarantors (if applicable) bear joint liability
