【Apartment Details】 1. The apartment offers Ensuite rooms (private bathroom with shared kitchen) for students. The room is fully covered by WiFi and provides sufficient storage space. 2. Basic facilities are provided inside the apartment, such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and range hood. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a bed (including mattress), study desk and chair, wardrobe, and other essential furnishings. 3. The apartment also includes an elevator, electronic access control locks, gym, laundry room, bicycle storage, and weekly cleaning of common areas. 4. The rent covers all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, WiFi, and property insurance. 5. Residents can enjoy free printing and free access to the common areas of Shunde Place, including mahjong tables, piano, gym, and KTV, available from 8:30 AM to 2:00 AM daily. The apartment features a 24-hour electronic access control system and video surveillance. Visitors must pass through multiple electronic gates to enter. 2. The apartment has its own independent maintenance team. After moving in, if any facility issues arise, you can report them directly to the front desk, and repairs will be handled promptly. 3. The apartment provides students with basic property insurance and operates a 24-hour emergency contact platform, facilitating everyday student life. 【Double Occupancy】 This room type does not allow double occupancy. Students who book Waters Court can use the gym at Shunde Place. 【Important Notes】 Please complete check-in procedures on the start date specified in your contract. For those unable to check in on time, we offer two registration periods: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (main office) and 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM (apartment). If you wish to check in between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM or during other non-office hours, you must make an appointment at least one week in advance. Check-in appointments during other non-office hours will incur a £35 fee.
