If the tenant fails to provide required booking documents on time or fails to make payments as stipulated in the contract, CODE has the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will not be refunded (only applicable after the initial cooling-off period)

3. Early Termination

Tenants who have signed the contract remain fully liable for the rent until the apartment finds a new tenant and all relevant documents are returned; guarantors (if applicable) shall bear joint liability
