**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic, Kitchen and Laundry Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including hotels and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities** * Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. * Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors, as well as clean windows and surfaces. * Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. * Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries related to cleanliness. * Assist with additional tasks as required, including cooking or preparing light meals when necessary. **Skills** * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day.
