Men's Sauna + Circle

**[Hackney Wick Community](https://www.community-sauna.co.uk/hackney-wick-sauna) Sauna has partnered with [Men’s Circle](https://www.menscircle.club/) for a monthly men's sauna + circle.** **Schedule** * 5.50pm Meet Facilitator at sauna for brief. * 6-7pm Sauna * 7-7.15 Change, hydrate, snack. * 7.15 Meet at The Baths cafe to go up to the room, as a group. * 7.30-9.30 Men's Circle. * 9.30 Finish, welcome to stay in cafe, post event. **⭕ What is a men’s circle?** In this 2 hour session, you will join a men-only space for peer development. This is led by a professional facilitator and is in confidence, without interruption or advice.
