

A series short guided meditation sessions support you to: \- make time for an evening reset and get back in the flow of wellbeing \- explore different ways to meditate and bring calm to your body and mind \- gather with others to gently and safely develop or reintroduce a meditation practice You can drop-in to any of these sessions - I simply ask for a small donation of £1 per session which can be sent via PayPal to paypal.me/meditatingwitholga. If these short taster sessions work for you, you are welcome to join my longer Sunday morning sessions (which are every two/three weeks).
