Spring Gardens is located in the city centre of Aberdeen, near multiple bus stops with direct bus routes to the University of Aberdeen — extremely convenient. The accommodation offers Non Ensuite (shared bathroom and kitchen), Ensuite (private bathroom and shared kitchen), Studio (private bathroom and open-plan kitchen), and one-bedroom apartments, which provide larger private living spaces. Non Ensuite rooms typically accommodate 4–5 people; Ensuite rooms usually house 6–7 people; Studio and one-bedroom apartments are for single occupancy only.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building and in every room. The property management has developed its own app, "MyUnite", through which students can submit maintenance requests and access helpful information about their stay. Shared areas within the building include vending machines and sofas. Additionally, the building features a laundry room (with washing machines and dryers) and a bicycle storage room. Union Square Shopping Centre, in the city centre, is a 15-minute walk away.
