SAP Basis Support role Contract role Client : Coforge • SAP Basis Activities: Administration, Security, Transports, Performance Management, Tuning, Patching, Installation, Upgrade and Migration • Related technology: Linux (RHEL for SAP Solutions), AIX, Windows, Oracle (RAC and Dataguard), SQL server • SAP Environments: R/3 Enterprise / ECC 6.0, BI, XI/PI, EP and SAP Solution Manager on 7.0 and 7.5 releases • Problem analysis, diagnosis and resolution, testing, documentation Communication: • Conveys technical information at the right level for the audience. • Provides effective documentation and coaching in SAP technologies and procedures. Planning and Organisation: • Logical and controlled planning, providing accurate estimates for Basis activities • Capable of prioritisation, decision making and adaptation to impacting events • Technical management of third party resources for installations. • Experience of Jira in an Agile environment.
