With a passionate and dynamic team, Valiantys works to digitally transform organizations by promoting collaboration, agility, and efficiency within teams. **Job Summary** As an **Employee Experience Specialist**, you'll play a key role in supporting performance enablement and enhancing the employee experience across the lifecycle --- from induction to development, engagement, and career growth. You'll be a key partner to managers, supporting them in people management. Working closely with the People \& Culture team, you'll operationalize people processes, coordinate review cycles and contribute to strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a **hybrid role based in the UK** (ideally London), with flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to contribute to regional and global People initiatives. **Purpose \& Responsibilities** Performance Enablement: * Configure HR tools, manage review cycles, and maintain templates * Ensure goal alignment and track completion through reporting * Draft support materials (comms, guides, FAQs) and support managers with briefings and training across the cycle * Handle employee/manager queries or escalate when needed * Contribute to learning initiatives and performance frameworks Manager Support: * Serve as a go-to person for managers, ensuring they have access to the right resources * Coordinate logistics and materials for manager enablement (e.g., guides, toolkits, presentations) * Help develop and continuously improve the manager handbook * Support People Operations in addressing employee relations matters Employee Induction: * Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding * Welcome and equip new managers with the tools and resources they need Career Development \& Learning: * Contribute to the upkeep of career management frameworks, job descriptions, and growth paths * Support the design and rollout of development plans and learning resources * Help employees navigate learning opportunities and internal mobility Engagement \& Voice: * Consolidate feedback from surveys and daily interactions * Provide insights to the People Experience Manager to shape local and global engagement initiatives Wellbeing \& Inclusion: * Act as a local wellbeing ambassador, promoting resources and supporting inclusive initiatives * Help ensure People processes are fair and equitable, from hiring to offboarding Collaboration \& Teamwork: * Help coordinate global and regional People \& Culture projects * Proactively suggest improvements to our tools, communications, and processes **Your Team and Partners** You will report to the **People Experience Manager** and collaborate closely with: People \& Culture team across EMEAPeople Managers across EMEAField Operations team **Questions You'll help us answer** * How to build a company culture based on the foundations of innovation, collaboration and diversity? * How to create best in class employee experience across the whole lifecycle in a hybrid and geographically dispersed team? * How to foster an environment for every employee which champions growth, career development and access to opportunities? * How to ensure our People \& Culture processes underpin our values? **Do You Have What It Takes?** * A previous work experience in a fast paced growth environment is essential * Up to date knowledge and experience of UK labour laws * Strong organizational and communication skills * Comfort with HRIS and digital tools * A collaborative mindset and genuine passion in improving the employee experience * Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus (french or german) **Why Join Valiantys?** Our team members are our greatest asset and we work hard to ensure that Valiantys is not only a great place to work, but also a platform for your personal and professional growth. **Purpose**.
