**Deputy Manager -- The Lily Housing Project** **Location:** Weymouth, Dorchester \& Ferndown **Hours:** Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (includes approx. 1 sleep-in/week) **Contract:** Permanent **Salary:** £32,110 -- £34,060 (incl. average sleep-in payments) **Sleep-in rate:** £55 per night **Lead with Purpose -- Support Young People into Adulthood** The Lily Housing Project supports 16+ young people on their journey to independence.
