**Welcome to Morning Movement** An invitation to refresh and reconnect with your body, whilst at the same time having a good boogie! We dance to regulate our nervous systems, to facilitate the release of held patterns in the mind and body. We discover our strengths and resources, exploring what it is to dance in a supportive community to music from around the world. Dancing re-connects us to a deeper, wiser part of ourselves that helps us to live a more full and authentic life. Being an Upledger Craniosacral therapist for over 20 years has given me a broad and well-developed foundation for working with people. I consciously hold space in our group dances that is safe, trauma informed, supportive and grounded to provide all with the opportunity to develop, process and grow.
