**Detention Custody Officer Manager -- Immigration Services Manston STHF** **Salary £37,188** **per annum plus payment for any additional hours** **42 hours per week** **Job objectives and responsibilities** You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Detention Custody Officers (DCO) ensuring service delivery is maintained and delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and contractual standards. You will need to provide advice, mentoring, coaching and support to DCO's to help achieve KPI's and provide a flexible and safe operation. You will be managing the immigration and escorting operations of allocated area/s to meet Home Office requirements and C\&C service delivery expectations. You will be the first line manager for a team of DCOs. Applicants must not have applied for this role within the last 6 months. **Qualifications** Managerial experience with a custodial environment and experience as a DCO is desirable, though not essential.
